Nursery Nurse - Brent

Do you have a passion for helping young children thrive during their earliest years of learning and development?

Academics Ltd is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join a friendly and supportive early years team at a primary school in Brent from September 2025.

Role: Nursery Nurse. Start Date: September 2025. Location: Brent, North West London. Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience. Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (a degree in Early Childhood Education is highly desirable).

Responsibilities
  • Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5
  • Plan and deliver fun, stimulating activities that support early learning and development
  • Track and record children\'s progress in line with EYFS standards
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Support the school in maintaining an inclusive and high-quality early years provision
Qualifications
  • A recognised childcare qualification (minimum Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
