Nursery Nurse - Temporary and Long-Term Roles

Location: Congleton and Macclesfield areas

Contract: Full-time and part-time, temporary and long-term opportunities available

Premier Education is seeking caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Nursery Nurses to work in nurseries and early years settings across Congleton and Macclesfield. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified childcare professionals who are passionate about supporting the development of young children in their early years.

We can offer flexible day-to-day, short-term cover, and long-term roles within our expanding network of nurseries and childcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to children aged 0-5 years.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with staff and parents.
• Adhere to safeguarding procedures and follow EYFS statutory framework guidelines.

Requirements

• Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential).
• Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to complete training).
• Previous experience working in an early years setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• A caring, proactive, and flexible approach to work.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's growth and development.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Pay

£13.68 per hr (from) - dependent on experience and qualifications.
