Applicants should be educated to SCQF level 7 in Social Services, Children & Young People, HNC Childhood Practice, or equivalent. This is a fixed-term position for up to 12 months to cover maternity leave. The role may be suitable for secondment; applicants must seek approval from their Line Manager before applying.

Applicants must hold a relevant qualification enabling registration with The Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) as a Practitioner of Day Care Children's Services (without conditions). If residing outside the UK within the last 5 years, candidates must provide a police record check from the relevant authorities in their country of residence, in addition to a Disclosure Scotland Check.

We offer an attractive benefits package, including access to the Vivup platform with over 800 discounts, local business discounts, a Cycle-to-Work scheme, financial support from My Money Matters, and wellbeing guidance from trained Wellbeing Champions.
