Meet Our Client

A happy and sociable young boy who enjoys going for walks, baking, and engaging in arts and crafts. Overnight, you will create a calming environment to ensure a restful sleep. In addition, you'll carry out regular observations, administer medication, and manage his clinical interventions as required including PEG feeds, and oxygen monitoring.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff. Our client has requested females only to join their care team. "This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."

We're looking for individuals who are:
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Confident in working with children and young people in a hands-on care environment
  • Committed to learning new clinical skills and advancing their career in complex care

While clinical experience is not essential, you must be willing to undertake comprehensive training in areas such as:
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilation management
  • Gastrostomy care (PEG feeding)
  • Personal care
  • Moving and handling

This is an ideal opportunity to take your childcare experience to the next level and make a lasting difference in the lives of children with complex needs.

What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly pay with enhancements for nights and weekends
  • Regular confirmed rotas and flexible scheduling
  • Reward & recognition programme
  • Supportive management and 24/7 on-call support
  • Opportunity to grow within a values-led, national care provider

Our funded training, including clinical skills, comes at no cost to you, though attendance is unpaid.
