Flow Recruitment Ltd invites applications for a Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery in Gloucester. The role focuses on delivering high-quality day care, creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for pre-school children, and supporting their development and learning.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play an important role in providing high-quality day care and creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for pre-school children.

You’ll help ensure every child has the opportunity to learn, develop and reach their full potential, while making sure their individual needs are met and all legal and safety requirements are followed.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A fully qualified Nursery Practitioner, ideally holding an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
• Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development.
