Job description

Provide high-quality childcare and early years education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Plan, prepare, and lead engaging and age-appropriate activities that support children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.

Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment for all children.

Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues.

Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create a cohesive, supportive atmosphere focused on children's well-being and learning.

Ensure all safeguarding procedures and health and safety regulations are consistently followed.

  • Planning fun, educational activities that support children's development
  • Creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where children feel loved, secure, and excited to learn
  • Working hand-in-hand with a fabulous team and building strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
  • Making every day a little adventure in line with the EYFS framework
Requirements:
  • Dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and welcoming team
  • Passionate about early childhood education and wants to help shape young lives in a fun, nurturing, and supportive environment
  • Someone passionate about child development with experience working with young children in a childcare setting (even better if you're Level 2 or 3 qualified!)
  • A great communicator - friendly, clear, and confident with both children and adults
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and a commitment to keeping every child safe
