Job description

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to strengthen our Reception team and need Early Years Practitioners with at least 2 years’ experience working in a Primary School Reception Classroom within the past three years. Only applicants with this experience will be considered, and previous applicants or trial candidates should not reapply unless they have gained the required experience.

Applicants must:

  • Be able to write and record observations in the online journal TAPESTRY.
  • Be able to use basic Microsoft tools and check/respond to emails.
  • Be able to set up continuous provision indoors and outdoors following detailed plans, work effectively in a team, and listen to colleagues.
  • Be able to support phonics, carry out interventions, and be proactive in leading whole class and small group activities.
