Salary: £166.32 per day

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: After the Easter break (April 2025)

About the Role

Are you a passionate, nurturing, and dedicated Early Years educator eager to shape young minds? Join our welcoming school community in Lincoln as a Nursery Teacher. You will play a key role in fostering children’s development and inspiring a lifelong love for learning.

As a Nursery Teacher, you will:

1. Deliver an engaging and stimulating Early Years curriculum.
2. Foster a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
3. Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
4. Collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and the wider school community.
5. Follow and implement EYFS guidelines to ensure the best outcomes for children.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an enthusiastic educator with a genuine passion for early childhood education and development. You will need:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. An enhanced DBS check (Child Workforce).
3. A genuine passion for child development and early education.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A creative, adaptable, and compassionate teaching approach.
