We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join our team in Hull on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a nurturing and creative environment.
You'll be working as part of a friendly and dedicated early years team, helping to provide high-quality childcare and learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Support the daily care, play, and education of children aged 0-5 years
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities
Observe and record children's development and progress
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or equivalent)
Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Positive, caring, and reliable attitude
Flexibility to work across different nursery settings if required
Competitive daily pay (£90-£120 per day, depending on experience)
