RME Consultants are currently hiring for qualified Nursery Nurses to become part of a rapidly expanding and well-regarded nursery in Harlow, Essex.

*PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN EARLY YEARS QUALIFICATION LEVEL 2 MINIMUM*

Role: Nursery Nurse

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £26,500 - £28,500 per annum (Depending on qualifications/experience)

Duties of a Nursery Nurse:

  • Responsible for safeguarding the safety and well-being of children within the setting at all times
  • Promoting a secure and educational environment that fosters learning
  • Organising and inspiring children to participate in educational activities
  • Contributing to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment for all nursery children
  • Fostering positive behaviours and actions within the setting
  • Cultivating and sustaining positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Requirements of Nursery Nurse:

  • An enthusiasm for working in the Early Years sector.
  • Demonstrates care and compassion with a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Reliable, personable, and dedicated to hard work.
  • A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or an equivalent qualification recognised by relevant authorities.
