NURSERY NURSE - SCHOOL BASED
£88.94 per day
8.30am to 3.30pm
LOCATION: Exeter

We are seeking to appoint a talented and highly motivated teaching assistant to work across EYFS- KS2.

We have schools based in Exeter, who require a Nursery Nurse / Primary experienced teaching assistant to support and ideally seek those with a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/ equivalent.

The school is part of a wider trust that has sites all across Exeter and surrounding villages.

Responsibilities:
  1. Guide children as a Nursery Nurse / Teaching Assistant, offering personalised guidance and support.
  2. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop comprehensive support plans.
  3. Foster a nurturing environment that promotes improved social interactions and communication skills.
  4. Assist with daily tasks, academic activities, and implement effective interventions to address behaviour challenges and promote positive outcomes.
Requirements:
  1. Ideally a Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare / Early Years.
  2. Experience of working across all age groups in either nurseries or schools.
  3. Effective communication abilities to ensure clear interactions.
  4. Applicants holding a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will be prioritised.
  5. Demonstrated patience and empathy along with flexibility and adaptability.
  6. Dedication to the success of students.
