Job description

Level 2/3 Nursery Nurses needed for permanent and daily cover in EYFS

Strategy Education is currently seeking dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Nurses to join our team on a daily supply basis.

This exciting opportunity allows you to work within a variety of nursery settings across Chelmsford, Maldon, and Colchester, providing invaluable support and care to young children during their crucial developmental years.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0-5 years in nursery settings.
  2. Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
  3. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
  4. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  5. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Requirements:
  1. Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience working in nursery settings.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  5. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
