Requirements for this role:
  • Level 3 Childcare qualification
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an early years setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and lead daily routines, activities, and learning opportunities in your room.

  • Work closely with the management team to maintain high standards.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.
  • Act as a key person to a group of children, building strong relationships with them and their families.
  • Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS framework
  • Ensure the environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive at all times.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery.
  • Take responsibility for observations, assessments, and planning.
  • Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
