About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Nursery Nurse to join our client's friendly team. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their well-being and development. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children and contribute to their early years foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years.
2. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
3. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to parents/carers.
4. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
5. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children.
6. Maintain a clean and organised learning environment.
7. Contribute to the overall smooth running of the nursery.
8. Work as part of a team to deliver high quality childcare.

Essential Requirements:

1. Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
2. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
3. Proven experience working with young children.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A passion for early years education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
6. A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
7. Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
