Nursery Nurse

Here at Nurse Seekers, we are proud to be working with a highly rated private day nursery that is looking to employ a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for their quality home-away-from-home setting based in Southmoor, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will join their experienced team in providing a nurturing and holistic approach to childcare.

Requirements for this role:
  • Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years (UK equivalent) Qualification
  • Experience working with children aged 6 months to 4 years
  • Understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
  • A passion for making a positive difference in children's lives
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and welfare of children
  • Create a learning-rich environment that supports children's development and curiosity

  • As a keyworker, ensure every child's needs are met daily
  • Support, develop, and guide staff to create the best possible environment for children
