Role Responsibilities

As Nursery Manager, you'll embody our values, ensuring high standards in safety, legal compliance, and educational quality. Your duties include:

• Leading and inspiring your team, setting policies, and maintaining a positive nursery culture
• Overseeing health & safety, safeguarding, and statutory compliance
• Managing staffing schedules and resource planning
• Developing and implementing quality improvement strategies
• Assessing and recording children's progress, celebrating achievements
• Ensuring inclusivity and diversity are respected and promoted

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must hold a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification, with management experience in a large nursery. Level 2 Maths and English qualifications are required if the Level 3 was obtained after 2014. Leadership qualities and a passion for early years education are essential.
