Our beautiful Regents Park Nursery is situated in a Grade 1 Listed white stucco house within close proximity to Camden Town underground station. What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading nursery teams to deliver outstanding care
  • Driving employee engagement, retention, and performance through inspirational leadership
  • Collaborating with Recruitment and HR to ensure a diverse and fully staffed team
  • Mentoring staff to ensure high-quality early childhood practice, including for children with special needs
  • Acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead, overseeing safeguarding and child protection policies
  • Developing and nurturing high-performing teams and succession plans
  • Working with regional and operational teams to implement growth strategies
  • Managing nursery performance to meet financial and operational targets
  • Engaging with local authorities to support nursery practices

What we’re looking for:

  • Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Leadership experience in early years settings (e.g., Nursery Manager, Deputy, Assistant)
  • Experience with regulatory inspections leading to 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings
  • Proven ability to develop high-performance teams and ensure compliance
  • Strong decision-making skills and understanding of business and service quality within a regulated environment
  • Deep knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with colleagues, parents, and external partners
