About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to lead a brand-new nursery setting opening in Islington in March 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who wants to shape a high-quality early years environment from the very beginning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the team, creating an excellent learning culture, ensuring full compliance, and driving the operational success of the nursery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full set-up and launch of the nursery ahead of the March 2026 opening
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage the nursery team
  • Ensure high standards of safeguarding, EYFS delivery, and health & safety
  • Manage occupancy, parent relationships, and overall nursery performance
