Qualifications

Lovely Montessori in Paddington looking for a Nursery Manager to work on a maternity cover contract for 18 months, with an ASAP start!

As the current Nursery Manager is going on maternity leave, the nursery is looking for a passionate and talented individual to take on the manager's duties on a fixed-term contract.

For this Nursery Manager role, it is essential that you hold a Montessori Diploma and a Level 3 qualification, and a minimum of 3 years experience as a Deputy Manager, or one year as a Nursery Manager. This would be a particularly great role for a Deputy Manager looking to progress into a Manager position with great opportunities for training and development.

As a Nursery Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the nursery, responsibility for the Health & Safety and the EYFS welfare requirements, all staff, communication with parents/guardians, implementing and leading on policies and procedures. This Nursery Manager position is to work 38 hours per week Monday-Friday, with shifts on a rota and a 1 hour break. The shifts would be 8-4:30, 8:30-5, 9-6, and 9:30-6, and the salary would be £42k-£47k per annum.
