Busy Bees Nottingham Daybrook is seeking an outstanding Nursery Manager to lead our team and deliver high‑quality early years care on site, with a 4 day week considered. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on daily nursery operations to create a nurturing, inspiring environment for children and staff alike.

You will hold a Level 3 childcare qualification and have at least two years of leadership in early years settings, a strong EYFS background, and the energy to develop staff,

About our Nursery

Busy Bees Nottingham Daybrook is an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 123, providing an exciting opportunity for staff to join a nurturing and stimulating environment. Our nursery features a wide range of age-appropriate facilities that encourage children to develop at their own pace and engage with peers in similar developmental stages. With large separate garden areas, children can extend their learning outdoors, exploring their imagination and independence while enjoying the fresh air.Located just off the A60 on Sir John Robinson Way, our nursery is just a 20-minute drive from Nottingham City Centre and close to the M1 at Junction 26, making it easily accessible for commuting staff. About you

• We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
• You will be resourceful, commercially minded, have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
• You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
