Qualifications

  • Hold a level 3 childcare qualification and management experience in a large nursery.
  • Achieved level 2 qualifications in Maths and English if obtained after 2014.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team in a childcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental Health and COSHH regulations.
  • Uphold the highest standards for children's welfare and safety.
  • Lead staffing schedule planning and create an action plan for educational delivery.
