Busy Bees is seeking a Nursery Manager for Bisley Camp, Surrey. The role requires Level 3 childcare qualification and at least two years of leadership in an early years setting.

You will oversee the Bee Curious curriculum, staff development, and community engagement, ensuring exceptional care and learning. You will report to the nursery leadership team, manage budgets, and drive operational excellence while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent and have EYFS knowledge.
• Proven leadership experience in early years settings.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
