You will work closely with senior leadership and take responsibility for ensuring a high standard of care, education and safeguarding, while developing staff and maintaining strong relationships with families. Qualifications

• Experience leading a nursery team or deputy manager role.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and statutory requirements.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with parents and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the nursery team through supervision and coaching.
• Maintain high standards of care, education and safeguarding.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS and relevant statutory requirements.
• Build positive relationships with parents and families.
• Oversee smooth running of nursery operations, systems and records.
• Support occupancy and ongoing success of the setting.
