Job summary

Busy Bees Leicester Carlton Park is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a thriving early years team, ensuring high standards of care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted. The role focuses on safe, nurturing environments and ongoing staff development within a modern, well-resourced setting.

The successful candidate will oversee an upcoming refurbishment, drive quality improvements, manage budgets and occupancy, and build strong partnerships with parents and the local community.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in childcare settings.
• Strong communication with staff, parents and stakeholders.
• Ability to drive quality improvement and compliance.
