Qualifications

Job description

Are you a passionate and experienced childcare professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for dedicated Nursery Managers to lead high-quality early years settings across London.

About the Role:

As a Nursery Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards, maintaining high levels of childcare and education, and leading a team of early years professionals. Your leadership will create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational and educational aspects of the nursery
  • Lead, mentor and manage nursery staff
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements
  • Build strong relationships with parents, staff and the local community
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
  • Previous experience in a senior role within a nursery setting (Deputy or Manager)
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A passion for providing outstanding childcare and education
