Link3 is looking for an experienced, passionate Nursery Manager to lead our thriving nursery group branch in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire (HP9). This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, driven individual who is ready to take full leadership of a high-performing early years setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursery
  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding care and education
  • Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements, including safeguarding and health & safety
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, children, and the wider community
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and operational planning effectively
  • Drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards in all areas

Requirements:

  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education (Level 5+ desirable)
  • Proven experience in a nursery management or senior leadership role
  • Strong working knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted standards, and safeguarding policies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for early years development and team success
