Immerse Recruitment Limited partners with a leading UK Early Years education provider to recruit a dedicated Nursery Manager. This is ideal for an existing Nursery Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager stepping into management.

Competenze

• Experience as Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready to progress.
• Level 3 EY qualification (or above) in Early Years Education.
• GCSE/Functional Skills in Maths or willingness to achieve.
• Strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

You’ll ideally have

• Experience as a Nursery Manager
• or significant experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager ready to progress into a management role
• A recognised Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education
• GCSE or Functional Skills qualification in Maths (or willingness to achieve this upon joining)
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding and regulatory compliance
• Experience delivering high‑quality learning outcomes and curriculum planning
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high‑performing teams
• A commercial mindset with experience improving occupancy, team engagement and operational performance
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
