Position: Nursery Manager

As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Playing a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment that promotes children’s learning.
  2. Managing the day-to-day running of the nursery, delivering outstanding standards of care and education in partnership with colleagues, parents, and children.
  3. Being accountable for meeting all objectives and nursery targets with a focus on both commercial success and people development, ensuring the nursery is efficient and profitable.
  4. Leading the nursery team with a positive and passionate outlook, resolving conflicts effectively, and fostering professional development through monitoring performance.
  5. Upholding minimum operating standards while celebrating and respecting differences within the team.
  6. Inspiring, exciting, and challenging colleagues to deliver the best childcare and education.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years.
  • At least two years of early years’ experience.
  • Early years management experience is preferable.
  • ICT qualification or very good knowledge of Microsoft applications is preferable.
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education Inspection Framework.
