The Role:

As Nursery Manager, you ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the setting. You ll lead with clarity, compassion, and professionalism ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and compliance. You ll work closely with the Deputy Manager and leadership team, and provide occasional support across multiple sites.

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in a UK-recognised Early Years qualification
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in a nursery setting
• Prior leadership experience in early years
• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding frameworks
• GCSE or equivalent in Maths (or willingness to gain this within 2 years)
• Ability to travel between sites if needed
• Comfortable using IT and digital systems
