Nursery Manager - Stirchley

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Aspire People are working with a well-established Nursery in Stirchley who are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to inspire staff, nurture children, and play a key role in the continued success of the setting.

What the Role Involves
  • Lead, manage, and inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and education.
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports every child's development.
  • Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies.
  • Oversee day-to-day nursery operations, including staff scheduling, budgets, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a mentor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Promote the ethos and values of The Old Station Nursery, embedding them in daily practice.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the nursery.
  • Confidently lead inspections, ensuring compliance with the EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
What We're Looking For
  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years education.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
