Position: Nursery Manager

Type: Permanent | Full-Time (40 Hours)

Salary: Up to £41,000 (DOE)

Our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery, located within the Nuffield Health gym at St Albans Fitness and Wellbeing Centre, is seeking a qualified Nursery Manager.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage one of the UK's leading nurseries within a reputable healthcare charity. We are Ofsted registered and follow the Early Years Foundation Stage. Requirements:

• Qualified with NNEB, NVQ Level 3/4, BTEC, BA Hons, or equivalent
• Experience in team management
• Enhanced DBS check
• Excellent communication skills with parents, carers, and external professionals

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality care and education in the nursery
• Support the health, growth, and development of children
• Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Oversee planning, activities, and assessments, ensuring compliance with childcare legislation
• Hold responsibility for SEN and Safeguarding
• Identify opportunities for growth and meet revenue targets
