Oversee occupancy, budgets, and marketing activity, with support from senior leadership
Ensure full compliance with the EYFS framework, safeguarding, SEND and health & safety requirements
Champion inclusion, child development, and continuous improvement across the setting
Minimum of one years experience in an early years leadership role
A strong understanding of EYFS, early years legislation and best practice
Exceptional leadership, organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with nursery management systems (such as Family)
A creative and reflective approach to leadership
A full UK driving licence
A degree in Early Years is preferred, but Level 3 Childcare qualifications will be considered in line with GOV.UK guidelines
