Are you looking for a management role?

We are currently looking for a passionate Nursery Manager in Alcester, who are looking to lead an established team.

A full handover will be given by the current manager, easing you into the role.

The nursery is a stand-alone established setting based in a lovely town that caters to 45 children. It has a beautiful outdoor play area that is accesses constantly by the children.

TERM TIME ONLY - But you have the option to work in the holiday club.

Your Role…

• You will be supported by a well-established team, who have a thorough knowledge of the EYFS. The team would be looking for the successful manager to compliment this and hand over the management role.
• Help to drive excellence in childcare and education, and oversee the smooth running of the nursery

You must have…

• Ideally have previous experience of managing nursery budgets, funding, occupancy levels and working towards operational targets.
• Level 3 or above in Childcare

Full time role 40 Hours per week Applicants must be available to work shifts of 8 hours between 7.45am and 5 : 30pm Monday to Friday.
