Lichfield Cathedral School is a flourishing co-educational independent school in Staffordshire for ages 2 to 18. Full-time (45 hours per week)
Start date: August 2025
This is an exciting opportunity as we expand our current Nursery to include school holiday provision. We seek a dedicated individual to manage our new, all-year-round Nursery at our Longdon site, catering for children throughout the school day, after school, and during holidays for 50 weeks per year.
The role involves designing engaging activities, implementing the EYFS framework, and fostering a nurturing environment for early childhood development. Candidates should demonstrate experience in these areas in their application. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop facilities and resources, including indoor and outdoor play areas, forest school zones, and more.
You should possess an approved qualification at Level 3 or above and have at least 2 years of leadership experience in an early years setting. A Level 2 qualification in Maths is also required, or willingness to obtain it within 2 years of employment.
