What we are looking for:
  • Minimum Level 3 or above in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent
  • At least four years’ experience in the Early Years sector
  • Relevant skills for working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Experience leading and supporting teams and managing the overall day-to-day operations of a nursery
  • Experience in all areas of nursery management including Childcare & Education, staff, finance, health & safety, and operations
  • Proven track record in supporting inspections
