Opportunity: Nursery Practitioner/ Manager

We are looking for a nursery practitioner with level 3 qualifications and 3 to 4 years of childcare experience.

About Us:

Mother Pet Nursery is a newly established childcare centre dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for young children. We believe in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in staff management, including supervision, training, and development.
  2. Contribute to the planning and implementation of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum.
  3. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  1. Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  2. Good command of English.
  3. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  6. Commitment to providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
