ROLE: Nursery Manager
LOCATION: Paddington, West London
SALARY: £47,000 + company benefits
HOURS: 38 hours per week. Monday to Friday – Shifts: 8.00 – 4.30 / 8.30 – 5.00 / 9.00 – 6.00 / 9.30 6.30 (rota)

Looking for a Nursery Manager to work for our client’s nursery at their high-quality bilingual nurseries with spacious bright classroom.

It is an essential requirement that you are Montessori diploma, level 3 qualified and have experience working within childcare as a Nursery Manager.
Nursery Manager - main activities:
• Deliver and ensure a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the setting.
• Ensure that the preschool nursery is a safe environment for children, staff and others.
• Developing partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development.
• Manage other staff within the preschool nursery.
• Be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Director
• Overall day to day management responsibility for the preschool nursery
• Responsible for the efficient running of the preschool nursery and overall delivery of a high quality service
• To ensure that the preschool nursery provides a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors, at all times
• Ensure that the preschool nursery plans an appropriate play based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that enables children to make individual progress
