They are seeking to recruit a Nursery Manager who will be responsible for:

  1. Creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment that promotes children’s learning.
  2. Managing the daily operations of the nursery to deliver outstanding care and education in collaboration with colleagues, parents, and children.
  3. Meeting all objectives and nursery targets with a focus on both commercial success and people development, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  4. Leading the nursery team with positivity and passion, resolving conflicts effectively, and fostering professional growth through development and performance monitoring.
  5. Maintaining high standards and embracing diversity within the team.
  6. Inspiring and challenging colleagues to deliver the best childcare and education.

The successful candidate will need:

  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years.
  • At least two years of early years’ experience.
  • Management experience in early years preferred.
  • ICT qualification or strong knowledge of Microsoft applications preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education Inspection Framework.
