Now, we're looking for a skilled, inspiring Nursery Manager to join our leadership team at our flagship setting in Thurmaston, Leicester.

About the Role:

As Nursery Manager, you'll work in partnership with our fantastic Practice-Based Manager to lead a high-performing, values-led nursery setting.

Your role will focus on:

Leadership & Oversight: supporting day-to-day operations and the long-term vision of the setting Owning and delivering our quality assurance cycle -- audits, improvements, standards and all Safeguarding & Regulation: ensuring full adherence to EYFS, Ofsted and all statutory frameworks Performance & Planning: managing occupancy levels and financial targets with confidence Partnerships: building fantastic relationships with families, professionals and the wider community
This is a senior manager role, but one rooted in collaboration. You'll work alongside our Practice-Based Manager -- a highly experienced teacher -- to deliver excellence in both curriculum and culture.

You'll Be Perfect If:

You're a qualified and experienced Nursery Manager You've led large teams in high-quality early years settings You understand what Outstanding looks like, and how to coach others to get there -- and stay there You're confident in staff recruitment, supervision and appraisals You've got a strong grip on compliance, safeguarding and operational systems You're organised, people-focused, and always thinking two steps ahead

Salary:

40,000 - 45,000 depending on experience

1,000 welcome bonus after successful completion of probation period.
