Education and Training

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operation of the nursery
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Create and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children
  • Communicate effectively with parents and families
  • Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and record-keeping
Qualifications:
