Nursery Manager - Award-Winning Nursery Group

Loyal Blue Recruitment Ltd are working with a two-time award-winning nursery group to recruit an experienced Nursery Manager for one of their fantastic settings. This is a great opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a nurturing, stimulating, and high-quality early years environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and support the nursery team to deliver outstanding care and education.
  2. Ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
  3. Create a safe, organised, and inspiring learning environment.
  4. Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and carers.
  5. Oversee nursery operations, staff deployment, and record-keeping.
  6. Support staff development through mentoring, training, and supervision.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher.
  2. Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
  3. Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
  4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  5. Ability to motivate and develop a team.
