Nursery Manager

Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £95 - £105 per day

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Job Duties:
  1. Oversee the daily operation of the nursery
  2. Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  4. Create and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children
  5. Communicate effectively with parents and families
  6. Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and record-keeping
Required Qualifications:
  1. Level 3 practitioner qualification
  2. Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursery setting
  3. Strong knowledge of early years education and development
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
Education:
