Job summary
Bright Little Stars is opening a brand-new nursery in Hornsey and is seeking a proven Nursery Manager to lead it from day one. You will shape your team, culture and standards from the outset.
You’ll drive occupancy, performance and EYFS delivery, while managing budgets and compliance to maintain high-quality care.
Salary up to £69,500 per annum with bonuses, plus generous holiday, private medical insurance, free meals, parking and childcare discount, plus clear progression within a growing group.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as Nursery Manager (or equivalent) with EYFS/Ofsted familiarity.
- Strong understanding of occupancy, budgets and commercial performance.
- Leads with clarity, consistency and professionalism.
