We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to join a well-established setting in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic childcare professional looking to lead and inspire a dedicated team in delivering high-quality early years education.

Start Date: Monday 13th October - Friday 31st October (Initial 3-week temporary contract with view to permanent placement)

Role Details

• Contract Type: Permanent (following successful 3-week temp)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Choose between:
  • Early shift: 7:30am start - early finish
  • Late shift: Later start - 6:30pm finish
• Location: Milton Keynes
• Salary: £30,000 - £32,600 per annum (dependent on experience & qualifications)

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 in Early Years (or higher)
• Ideally qualified EYFS Teacher or equivalent
• Proven leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
• Excellent communication, organisational, and team management skills
