We are seeking a friendly, focused, and strong character to manage our nursery in Bridport, Dorset.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements include at least 5 years of experience in the childcare sector, with preferable management, admin, and customer care skills.

The nursery is purpose-built with excellent facilities for children and staff. As the manager, you will oversee staff, resources, and daily operations, ensuring compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework.

You will work alongside the Directors and Nursery Management Team, managing staff, premises, and fostering children's welfare, learning, and development, as well as liaising with parents.
