Based in Daventry, Northamptonshire, Staff Match is recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery group for an exciting role as a Nursery Manager.

Person Specification:

• Experience of leading and motivating teams
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Desirable)
• Paediatric First Aid (Desirable)
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

Responsibilities of Nursery Manager:

• Lead responsibility for day-to-day nursery operations
• Ensure staff comply with policies and procedures
• Build positive relationships with parents, including arranging events and drop-in sessions
• Marketing and managing occupancy
• Invoicing, fee calculation, back-office duties, material ordering, HR, and finance
• Ensure the EYFS curriculum is effectively embedded in practice
• Prepare for Ofsted inspections
• Manage recruitment, supervisions, and appraisals
