Do you have a passion for supporting children’s development and leading a caring team? We’re looking for a Nursery Manager who will bring warmth, dedication, and creativity to our nursery family.

  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM – great for your work-life balance.
  • Paid to scale, depending on experience.
  • Located in Barnet, North London – a supportive, welcoming community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take charge of the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring children feel safe and supported.
  • Lead and mentor our wonderful team, helping them grow and thrive in their roles.
  • Create fun and engaging learning activities that inspire children to explore and learn.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to keep them informed and involved.
  • Make sure we meet all Ofsted requirements and maintain a safe, caring environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent); Level 5/6 in Leadership & Management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a nursery setting, with leadership or management experience.
  • A true passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
