Are you an experienced early years practitioner with a passion for nurturing children and staff?
We are seeking a Nursery Manager (Up to 3's) to work full-time in a nursery in Chichester. You will nurture and stimulate children aged 0-4 while fostering their academic, personal, and social growth. The role is Monday to Friday, with hours varying between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm, aligned with nursery opening times. You will join a dedicated, friendly team passionate about giving children a strong start in education by teaching independence and teamwork.
You will be responsible for leading the up to 3's nursery staff under the direction of the Head of School and Executive Headteacher, ensuring high-quality, fully integrated care and education. You will liaise and coordinate with staff to provide integrated provision for children in the up to 3's nursery, including breakfast, tea, or holiday club sessions. Additionally, you will act as one of the Deputy Safeguarding Leads in the Head of School's absence and as an INCo for the up to 3's nursery, liaising with the nursery school SENco.
