Job summary

A vibrant nursery company is seeking a Nursery Manager to ensure the effective operation of their facility. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in the Early Years sector and a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare. Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 3 in Early Years / Childcare.
  • At least four years’ experience in the Early Years sector.
  • Experience of leading staff and managing nursery operations.
  • Familiar with childcare regulations and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth running of the nursery.
  • Support and manage staff effectively.
  • Create engaging learning environments for children.
  • Oversee health, safety, and educational standards.

What we are looking for:
  • Have a minimum Level 3 or above in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent
  • At least four years’ experience working in the Early Years sector
  • Relevant skills for working with children aged 0 - 5 years
  • Experience of leading and supporting teams and the overall day-to-day running of a nursery
  • Experienced in all areas of nursery management i.e. Childcare & Education, staff, finance, health & safety, and general and operations management
  • Proven track record of involvement in supporting inspections

Salary up to £42,500 pa
