Qualifications

On great transport links, our Clients in Brentford are looking for a very experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of a nursery in the Witham area. Our clients are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to oversee their lovely 90-plus place nursery. The role involves working 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Requirements

  • Ideally, you will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
  • At least 6 years' experience working in a Day Nursery
  • At least 3 years' experience leading and supporting teams
  • The ability to inspire, energise, and support others
  • A genuine passion for working with children and helping others learn
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
  • A firm understanding of Ofsted standards and requirements
